YPI CREW has entered the ACREW Business Awards for Best Superyacht Recruitment Agency and voting is now open.

The Best Recruitment Award recognises the recruitment agency which has extensive knowledge of the yachting industry and can offer crew valuable solutions to finding their dream job.

This is the first year the award is running and we have decided to take part in this contest as we are approaching a milestone in our journey; we will soon reach the 20th anniversary of our company and we thought it would be the perfect time to find out how we're perceived by you and other crew who, just like you, have at some point entrusted us with their CV and their career.
