What is the GUEST Program?

The GUEST Program is the only Internationally Accredited Maritime Hospitality & Service Training available to Interior Superyacht Crew​. It is the required minimum level of 7-star standard of training for those working in the interior department of a superyacht, but can also reach across onshore positions.

Spearheaded by Joey Meen, the GUEST Program took 5 years to design & develop. The enormous effort & insights of the Program development came from the contributions of a passionate group of volunteering hospitality & service experts & professionals, who shared in the vision of creating the Superyacht Industry Standard for Interior Training.

Who will be your teachers?

The October courses will be taught by Josephine Ive and Kim Woodey.

Josephine Ive is a renowned industry professional in the world of luxury service. Josephine's prestigious career includes her prominent position as the UK's first female butler where her clients included Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother and British High Court Judges.

Kim Woodey is an IAMI GUEST accredited Interior trainer with almost nine years experience working on board large motor yachts, both as a Chief Stewardess and a Purser. Kim is now a renowned interior trainer

IAMI GUEST Yacht Advanced Interior Service - 3 or 5 days 18 October 2021

IAMI GUEST Floristry and Plant Management - 1 day - 25 October 2021

IAMI GUEST Advanced Valet Services - 2 days - 26 October 2021

They have also added a brand new program:

THE 4 C's of LUXURY -Champagne, Caviar, Cigars and Cognac (plus some chocolate.... ! ) 1 day - Saturday 16 October or Thursday 28 October 2021

All the courses will be held at Hotel Les Strelitzias, 2 Rue Pierre Commanay, Juan Les Pins, South of France.
