We are proud to share that Laurence Lewis, founder and president of YPI CREW, has been featured in the second edition of Best of Women in Yachting. Launched in September 2023 during the Monaco Yacht Show, this annual magazine celebrates the remarkable achievements of women in the yachting industry, specifically those working in and around Monaco.
Best of Women in Yachting, edited by Ingrid Gantard, Chairman of the Yachting Committee of WISTA (Women's International Shipping & Trading Association), with the support of the WISTA International association, aims to highlight the career paths of inspirational women while raising awareness of the challenges they’ve faced and overcome.
Laurence’s inclusion in this edition is a fitting tribute to her leadership and influence. Since founding YPI CREW in 2002, she has steered the company to become the frontrunner in yacht crew recruitment, renowned for professionalism and integrity. Trust and partnership have always been at the core of Laurence’s approach, making her a natural choice for this feature.
