We are looking for a recruiter to join our well established Interior department - recognised as the leading authority in the yacht crew recruitment industry.

The Role

Your tasks will include interviewing candidates, liaising and advising clients, organising interviews, monitoring our in-house database and dealing with many administration-related duties.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidates will have a sales and goal orientated approach, together with a true commercial awareness. These professional skills may have been honed by a job in recruitment or a similar position. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, juggle various tasks and will be a real team player.
