YPI CREW is looking for a new recruiter to join the deckhand and bosuns department. This new role is for a sharp, nimble-minded, goal orientated individual who will work alongside an established recruiter.

In this role you will interview candidates and understand their goals, you will speak with our clients to discuss their needs, offer advice on the job market and champion the most suitable candidates; think outside the box and use your influencing skills to bring clients and candidates together. You will carry out candidate searches on our database and within our social network, check references and build shortlists for our clients.

As a recruiter your role will be to drive the process forward and to find solutions for our clients whilst creating a positive experience for all parties. Your sense of urgency and time management skills will be challenged as you juggle various tasks during a regular working day. You will work in a team, brainstorm with your colleague and discuss recruitment strategies.

Successful recruiters come from diverse professional backgrounds yet, they have a few things in common and before you answer this job advert, we would like you to think about the following: Recruiters at YPI CREW have a voice. They create and nurture relationships by speaking on the phone, they do not hide behind texts and emails, they are courageous. To enjoy this role and to fit in with the team, it is therefore important to be comfortable with business telephone conversations and negotiations – if you’re afraid of picking up the phone, this is not the job for you.

The job is based in Antibes and you will already be based in France and live within 30 minutes commuting distance by car or public transport. We’re a great team whose values are Partnership and Trust.
