YPI CREW is delighted to announce that we have entered a strategic alliance with Edmiston, further expanding our reach and helping to serve the recruitment needs of the yachting industry better.

Edmiston is a world-leader in yacht brokerage, management and charter, with an experienced recruitment team who are focused on recruiting at every level, from deckhand to captain, ensuring yachts operate to the very highest of standards.

As part of the alliance, as of January 1, 2020, YPI CREW has taken on all on-going crew placement of Edmiston, as well as retained the recruitment team of four, taking our total professional team of recruiters to 16, helping us to provide an enhanced custom recruitment service to the yachting industry.

The alliance comes shortly after our first anniversary within commercial shipping giant the Schulte Group, a ship management and owning company with offices spanning the globe. With more than 20,0000 seafarers under contract, the Schulte Group's proven strategy of developing international deals in the maritime field led to the exciting acquisition of Edmiston's recruitment division.
