Swedish-born Ulrica started her career in London after university, spending several years in the financial and commercial property sectors. Ulrica then continued her professional development in property at an estate agency in France before bringing her wealth of experience to YPI CREW.
She has been an important member of the YPI CREW family since 2009 and works tirelessly to make the critical perfect match between officers, captains and owners of superyachts.
Ulrica has a fantastic network of contacts as well as an encyclopaedic knowledge of superyachts, and understands the importance of the human element in superyacht recruitment.
When not in the office working to place the industry's best captains and deck crew in exciting roles, Ulrica enjoys spending time in the diverse landscapes of Southern Europe and Scandinavia with friends and family.
What do you find most rewarding about working in yacht crew recruitment?
“After years in the recruitment industry, I enjoy the opportunity to sink my teeth into challenging, highly specific positions! Finding the perfect fit for client and candidate, as well as sometimes challenging the job spec and sending the candidate I believe is right for the role, rather than the advert.”

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting and Business Administration
Higher education qualification in Business English, English Grammar and European Tax Law
